BODY20 East Cobb is an established fitness studio in Marietta, launched in December 2024, and part of a fast-growing national brand.
We are now preparing to launch a new training offering and execute an aggressive 60-day growth initiative to expand membership.
This is not a typical fitness job. This is a business-building role with a clear path to leadership and potential ownership for the right person.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, is comfortable with accountability, and is motivated by income and long-term upside.
You will operate within a proven system supported by technology, structured workflows, and direct coaching from ownership.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and execute a 60-day pre-sale campaign for a new training offering, targeting 100+ new members
• Drive daily lead generation (outreach, partnerships, community engagement)
• Convert prospects into paid assessments and memberships
• Execute structured follow-up to maximize show rates and conversions
• Track and manage pipeline activity and performance metrics
• Support and coordinate small team operations as needed
• Maintain high standards of execution across all sales and customer interactions
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven performance in sales, business development, or revenue-driving roles
• Strong work ethic and willingness to operate with intensity and accountability
• Comfortable with variable compensation tied to performance
• Highly coachable and able to execute a defined system without deviation
• Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and written)
• Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Fitness experience is NOT required. Sales performance and execution matter far more.
Compensation & Growth:
• Base salary: $55,000–$60,000
• Uncapped commission and performance bonuses
• On-target earnings: $100K+
