Help Us Grow the BODY20 Community
BODY20 Lenexa City Center is looking for a high-energy, fitness-focused Sales Associate who enjoys connecting with people, working toward goals, and being part of a positive team.
This role is important to our studio because you will often be the first connection a prospective member has with BODY20. You'll help turn interest into appointments, appointments into memberships, and new members into long-term relationships.
This is a sales-focused role, and a significant part of the job is calling and nurturing leads. You should be genuinely comfortable picking up the phone, calling people you have never spoken with, creating a conversation, and consistently following up.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work. If a lead needs a call, a prospect needs follow-up, or there's an opportunity to help grow the studio, you don't need someone standing over you reminding you to do it.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads and consistently follow up by phone and text
- Build relationships with prospects, understand their fitness goals, and schedule introductory appointments
- Present BODY20 membership options and confidently ask for the sale
- Manage lead follow-up and activity in our CRM so opportunities don't fall through the cracks
- Provide an exceptional experience for current members and prospective members
- Participate in local marketing events, community events, and promotional pop-ups to generate awareness and leads
- Complete BODY20 Coach Certification and assist with prospective member workouts and the sales experience
- Contribute to individual and studio membership and sales goals
What We're Looking For

Confidence and comfort making outbound phone calls and following up with leads
- Previous sales, membership sales, customer service, fitness, hospitality, retail, or lead-generation experience preferred
- Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable for your own follow-through and results
- Positive, personable, coachable, and genuinely interested in fitness and wellness
You do not need previous EMS experience. We will teach you BODY20, our training system, and our sales process.
Schedule
This is primarily a part-time position, with the possibility of full-time for the right person.
Our primary coverage needs are:

Mornings: approximately 7:00 AM–11:00 AM

Evenings: approximately 4:00 PM–8:00 PM

Saturday mornings: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
You do not need to be available for every time block. Candidates with flexibility across multiple shifts are especially valuable to our team.

Compensation: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
