Overview

BODY20 Fort Collins is looking for an operating partner to assist with day to day operations as we grow into additional locations. This is an ownership role with equity compensation commensurate with results and equity earned based on membership milestones. This requires a nominal initial buy-in. This can be done part/full time depending on your current situation.

Responsibilities

At least 2-3 days per week in studio helping run day to day operations working directly with the studio staff
Tracking and managing to KPI's established by the corporate team and rest of ownership group
Work with the rest of the ownership team to continue process improvement

Requirements

At least 3 years management experience in a retail environment (fitness a plus)
At least 3 years sales experience
Proven success growing a brand, with retail B2C a huge plus
