Position Overview
As a BODY20 Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.

Rewarding Compensation Package: Base salary between $47,840-$52,000 annually, and up to an additional $8,000 in earnings based on meeting monthly performance goals

Responsibilities

Participate in community events weekly to promote BODY20
Achieve monthly key performance indicators including helping the studio generate at least 133 leads, scheduling 40 studio visits, and enrolling 20 new members
Build community business relationships and partnerships
Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and superior customer service

Requirements

Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
1+ years of sales experience
1+ years of fitness experience
Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
Strong Follow-up and organizational skills

Compensation: $47,840.00 - $60,000.00 per year
