Overview

BODY20 Fort Collins is looking for a marketing partner to manage social media, digital ads, and create/execute overall marketing plans as we grow into additional locations. This is an ownership role with equity compensation commensurate with results and equity earned based on membership milestones. This can be done part/full time depending on your current situation.

Responsibilities

Manage social media including but not limited to: content creation (video, photo, and copy), platform optimization, posting several pieces of content daily on multiple platforms
Develop and own marketing plan and budget, including: Organic, Digital, Direct Response, Email, text, Event, Paid digital, etc.
Manage digital ads through multiple platforms and testing/adjusting
Work with the B2B team and develop marketing material to support outreach efforts

Requirements

At least 2 years of digital advertising through major platforms in a local market (Meta, google, etc)
Minimum 2 years experience in content creation and social media posting in a B2C environment, preferably fitness
Proven success growing a brand, with retail B2C a huge plus

Compensation: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
