Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Fitness Coach to join our BODY20 West University team! This hybrid role combines sales, client experience, and personal training. You’ll play a key role in growing our community by introducing new members to BODY20 and delivering exceptional training sessions that help them achieve results.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct in-studio tours and demo sessions for potential members
- Promote current offers and referral programs to members
- Follow up with prospects via calls, texts, and emails to drive conversions
- Administer InBody evaluations and EMS personal training sessions
- Establish and maintain a high level of service according to company standards
- Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs, and products
- Instruct and demonstrate to members on the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques which may include operating equipment
- Adjust and operate all EMS and Fitness Equipment to BODY20 standards
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Attend all Fitness Coach related meetings/Trainings
Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred)
- CPR/AED certification (preferred)
- 1-3 yrs of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)
- 1-2 yrs of Sales Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess honesty and personal integrity
- Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
- Excel in time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
- Available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings/afternoons and weekends
Essential Physical Requirements
- Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching. As well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs at a time
