As a BODY20 New Membership Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis. You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community. This is a performance based role - if you do not have sales experience with a proven track record, it's probably not for you.

Responsibilities

Consistently follow concise sales and communication process for prospective new members
Maintain monthly sales and activity quotas
Create and post social media outreach as required
Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio
Assist studio manager in day to day operations
Help coach prospective new members when necessary

Requirements

MINIMUM 1 year commission based sales experience required, fitness sales a plus
Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
Passion for fitness
Willing and able to work evenings as well as some weekends (12-8 T-Th)
Strong Follow-up and organizational skills
